Manor Lakes is a thriving residential estate just 5 minutes from the heart of Werribee.  This rapidly growing estate is home to more than 1000 families who have built a strong sense of community amongst the residents.

Grants of $500 or $1000 are donated to local groups and approximately $190,000 has been presented to a wide range of community and not-for-profit organisations that service the Wyndham Vale and Werribee area since the fund's establishment in 2003.

As well as having a strong sense of community within the land estate, Manor Lakes residents also enjoy close ties to the greater Wyndham and Werribee areas. Many Manor Lakes residents are members of local community groups and are involved in activities such as community service, emergency services, sport, charities and everything in between. 

Each one of these groups makes a valuable contribution to the broader community and many have been assisted over the years through grants from the Manor Lakes Community Fund ensuring the close connections between the Manor Lakes and Wyndham community becomes even stronger.
