Did you know you could get money back by donating your drink containers through the Victorian Government's Container Deposit Scheme (CDS)?

It's a great way to make a positive difference to our community and the environment! The scheme rewards Victorians with a 10-cent refund for every eligible can, carton, and bottle that is returned, which helps reduce litter and earn funds for themselves or your local community. For more info on which containers qualify for the CDS and handy tips, click here.

Fundraising 

Participating in the CDS scheme is a great way to get kids involved with recycling and teaching them about sustainability, both at home and at school.

This could also be an opportunity to raise funds for your local school, charity, or community group by hosting a container collection drive, operating a collection point, or registering to receive donations. To get involved with fundraising, visit the fundraising page on the CDS website.
