We are pleased to advise that we have approached nine months into construction of Stage 175 at Manor Lakes.
The road form is taking shape with the placement of the first of the crushed rock base layers and the commencement of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure.
Before long we will enter the authority compliance processes and as such, we anticipate titles on Stage 175 to be issued in February 2020.
